Which of the following applies to you?
I am doing too many tasks
that I hate, or, that I'm just not very good at.
I'm not using a business or marketing plan on at least a weekly
basis.
I don't have a system for doing much of what I do!
I can't take time off without my cash flow being negatively
impacted.
I'm doing a lot of marketing and networking and not seeing great
results.
I'm losing or have lost my passion for what I'm doing and want
to get it back.
I have ideas for profitability and they just aren't getting
implemented.
I don't have enough personal or fun time in my life right now.
My personal and business career goals are not clearly defined in
writing.
I want to grow my business, but I don't
know what to focus on.
Please understand, seeking input from
others is a sign of strength, not weakness. Many established business owners
are working alone with little support and are frustrated.
3 Questions Every
Business Owner Must Answer
What business am I in?
Who are my customers?
How's business?
Can you clearly articulate the answers to
each of the three questions above? It's OK if you can't right now, because
most business owners struggle with at least one or two
initially.
Here's a question for you.
If your company
is not where you want it to be be right now and you keep on doing what you
have been, where will you be in another six months from now?
